📦 Part 1: AirTag Case Assembly (All Total Protection Models)
The core assembly process is identical across Clip-It, Hang-It, Stick-It, and Pet Collar cases. Follow each step carefully to preserve the waterproof seal.
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Prepare the AirTag: Place your AirTag centered into the patent-pending Silicone Wrap.
- Insert into Case Back: Place wrapped AirTag into the Case Back with the raised Sealing Rib facing outward.

Align & Close: Place the Case Front over the Case Back, align the screw threads, and slowly screw together until fully seated.
- Waterproof Seal Check (E-E-A-T): The Sealing Rib edge should be just visible and continuous around the circumference. If pinched or twisted, the seal is compromised.
- Alignment Tip: Rotate the AirTag inside the case before final tightening to position logos or emoji as desired.
- Tighten: Screw until fully closed — firm but do not over-torque. After cleaning, recheck the Sealing Rib before water exposure.

Assembly: Follow Part 1. Attach the keyring onto the case attachment point, then clip the carabiner to the keyring.

C. Stick-It Case (Total Protection Series)
The Stick-It uses pre-attached 3M™ VHB™ tape for permanent adhesion. Proper surface prep is essential.
- Clean the surface with an alcohol wipe; ensure dry and free of oils.
- Peel the adhesive liner and firmly press the case for 30 seconds.
- Allow adhesive to cure for 72 hours before heavy use or water exposure.
Use: Remotes, bikes, drones, and other flat, non-porous surfaces.
D. Quick Drying Dog Collar with Waterproof AirTag Case
- Complete Part 1 assembly.
- Open the clip on the Case Back and thread the collar loop through; snap closed.
- Fit the collar so two fingers fit comfortably between collar and pet neck; adjust slider to secure.

Q: Can I change the AirTag battery while it’s in the case?
A: Yes — unscrew the Case Front from the Case Back to access the AirTag and battery. Replace the battery, re-center the AirTag in the wrap, then reassemble and recheck the sealing rib.
Q: Will the case affect the AirTag's sound or chime volume?
A: The case is designed to allow sound to be heard for close-range finding, though protective seals may slightly muffle volume. Location via Find My is unaffected.
Q: Can I use the Pet Collar case on a harness or wider collar?
