Orders on this website will be shipped from a US distribution center. For international orders please visit our International website, which processes orders directly from our distribution center in Hong Kong.
The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address in the checkout page.
Once you have placed your order, your order will be processed on the same day (before 12PM PST) or next business day (after 12PM PST). Orders received after 12PM PST Friday, will not be processed until Monday morning. Orders placed on New Year's day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas day will not be processed until the morning of the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email from firstname.lastname@example.org sent to the email address entered for your order. This email confirms the tracking number for your shipment via USPS or UPS from our warehouse in Oregon to your address in the US or Mexico.
Please be aware that UPS Ground and USPS First Class does not guarantee delivery time. If you choose this method, Catalyst will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend packages that are delayed, lost or damaged. You assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. As much as our products love extreme weather conditions, unfortunately shipping companies do not, we are unable to control shipping times during Force Majeure.
Orders that include pre-ordered products ship only after ALL items are available. For immediate shipping, order currently available products separately from pre-orders.

If you wish to ship to an address that is different than the address stored in your PayPal account or your credit card billing address, please include a note that indicates the shipping address when entering information on the Paypal payment page.
Orders shipped to PO Box address or APO addresses are ship by USPS only.

Customs, duties & taxes for shipments to Mexico
As much as we would love to accommodate specific shipping requests from our users, we are obligated to declare the full retail value of our products on our customs invoice at the time of shipping. You should be aware that the prices indicated on our website are exclusive of any import duties, local VAT or brokerage fees to Mexico. You are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees to these countries. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Your order may incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges and these charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/ customs / duty / taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
If for any reason, you fail to pick-up your parcel on time, it may be returned back to us and you will be responsible for any additional fees needed to re-ship back your order to another or the same delivery address at a later time. You will also be responsible for any return fees. Your shipping address must be correct. We take no responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, such as where there is no such person at the address, the person has moved or your have provided the incorrect location address.
